Which processes take too much time? What needs to change, and where can technology help? We learn how your business operates before recommending software or AI.

From consulting through development and handover, we consider both technical requirements and how people will use the system. Running our own products and training teams informs the decisions we make on client projects.

    Both sides agree on the scope before development. Changes to requirements, cost and schedule are confirmed in writing.

    Review at each milestone

    Each development milestone includes a working version for you to review, give feedback and agree on next steps.

    Clear ownership

    Ownership of source code, data and infrastructure accounts, along with handover requirements, is defined in the project agreement.

    Documentation throughout the project

    We document architecture decisions, setup instructions and operating procedures as the system develops.

    Documentation and guidance help your team take over the system. We agree which responsibilities you will manage and where ongoing support is needed.
